Base Maintenance

Base maintenance is conducted in a controlled hangar environment by qualified engineers using approved tools and procedures. Key services include:

  • Scheduled Heavy Checks (C & D Checks): Planned to meet manufacturer and regulatory requirements while minimizing aircraft downtime.
  • Major Component Changes: Precision removal and installation of major aircraft components in line with approved maintenance data.
  • Structural Inspections & Repairs: Addressing fatigue, corrosion, and damage to maintain structural integrity and extend aircraft lifespan.
  • Aircraft Weighing: Accurate weighing using calibrated equipment to ensure correct weight and balance data.
  • Corrosion Prevention and Control Program (CPCP): Early detection and treatment of corrosion to protect aircraft structures and reduce long-term costs.
